Email hello@rasamalaysia.org with what happened, your Rasa username and, if you can, a screenshot. In the app you can also go to Profile → Settings → Contact Us.

Getting in

Rasa is invite-only for now. Ask a friend on Rasa for their invite code (or their username, which works too) and enter it when you sign up. No invite yet? Join the waitlist on rasamalaysia.org.

Report a review, photo or person

Open the review, photo or profile and tap the three dots, then Report. Reports are anonymous and we look at every one. You can also block someone from the same menu on their profile.

A place is missing or wrong

Search for it in the app and tap "Can't find it? Add a spot" at the bottom of the results. If a listing has the wrong details or should be marked halal, email us with the place name and what to change.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Or see how to delete your account.
